Islamabad police gets 4-day physical remand of little girl’s rapist, killer
ISLAMABAD: A local court of Islamabad has handed over an accused to police on four–day physical remand for allegedly killing an eleven-year old little girl after rape in Bara Koh area of the capital city, SAMAA reports. According to details, 11–year old Shehzadi went to a home in the neighborhood to get tuition on February 13 but did not return after that.
Aggrieved parents searched her everywhere in their capacity but failed to trace her. Finally, they filed a case in local police station for search of missing girl.
Later on, desperate father of missing girl received a call of I-9 Police Station on February 17 that they have found a dead body from a sewerage nullah and come for its identification.
Father acknowledged the dead body of his missing daughter by a torched piece of cloth. Missing girl’s whole body was burnt as the brutal killer torched her to death after splashing petrol on her, informed the police to the crying helpless father of the killed girl.
The family of killed girl protested sternly in the capital city and after knowing about their protest, the Chief Justice took suo moto notice of the case.
The police turned very active after Chief Justice’s suo moto notice and arrested Mehak, tutor of the killed girl, her father and her brother on request of torched girl’s father for interrogation. Mehak managed to get an interim bail from a local court till February 26.
When police expended their investigation, they came to know that Ibrar, a friend of the tutor Mehak, killed the missing Shehzadi after rape. After rape, little girl’s condition turned very serious and Ibrar dumped her in a local sewerage nullah and torched her to death, to save his neck.
Police arrested key accused Ibrar on February 22 and presented him before Area Magistrate Aisha Shabbir this day. The Area Magistrate handed over accused Ibrar to police on four–day physical remand.
Accused Ibrar revealed that his two friends helped him in dumping the dead body of killed Shehzadi. Police has launched search for those two accomplices of accused Ibrar.
