Islamabad: 10 outlaws arrested; stolen vehicles, wine seized
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police have arrested 10 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered two vehicles, 13 wine bottles, 40 cans of beer, weapons and narcotics from their possession, a police spokesman said on Thursday. According to details, Sub–Inspector Tahir Khan from Aabpara police station arrested Pervez Masih for possessing 12 wine bottles. An Assistant Sub–Inspector Zafar Iqbal from Nilore police station arrested Aftab Haider during routine patrolling and recovered 30 bore pistol from him.
ASI Muhammad Iqbal from Ramana police arrested a foreigner Hafiz Malik who could not produce any document for his legal stay in the country while ASI Zulfiqar Ali from Shehzad town police station nabbed Arsalan Nawaz for having a wine bottle.
Sub–Inspector Hakim Khan from Bhara Kau police station arrested Arshad for possessing 130 gram heroin while ASI Asif Khan from Women police station nabbed two thieves Shabnam and Javed Masih.
ASI Muhammad Siddique from Kohsar police station recovered corolla car from Khasta Rehman while 40 cans of beer were recovered from Faisal Nadeem.
ASI Muhammad Iqbal from Tarnol police station arrested a thief Rasheed while ASI Azmat Hyat apprehended Akhtar Khan for possessing 30 bore pistol. ASI Abdul Ghafoor from Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Islamabad arrested Nasir Khan for possessing 30 bore pistol. ASI Manzoor Elahi from Anti–Car Lifting Cell recovered a car (LEB–2922) from an accused Zubair which was found stolen from City Police Station Wazirabad. Meanwhile, Shehzad town police station arrested 10 suspects during search operation in their respective areas.
