Karachi: Secretary held over corruption charges
KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau has arrested a secretary of the Sindh government on charges of corruption of million of rupees. According to NAB spokesman, an intelligence team of NAB conducted a raid on Sajjad Haider Shah’s residence in Block–2 Clifton and arrested him. The accused was involved in embezzlement of Rs160 million in worker’s welfare fund. Investigation is underway.
