19 suspects held, 45 weapons seized during rangers’ targeted operations in Karachi
KARACHI: Rangers have arrested 19 suspects and seized 45 weapons during targeted operations in different parts of Karachi, SAMAA reports. Rangers continued their actions on Thursday against those terrorists, who are spreading darkness in the city of lights. Targeted operations were launched in Pakhtunabad, Liaqatabad Super Market, North Karachi, and Machar Colony areas by the rangers; they arrested nine suspects including accused involved in badlia Town school firing incident.
At the other side, the rangers cordoned off surrounding area of Al–Asif Square on Super Highway in Sohrab Goth area and launched searched operation with motorbike squads and women officials.
They arrested 10 suspects and 45 different types of small and heavy weapons during the operation from that area. One snatched motorbike was also recovered from custody of held accused.
