CID police arrest 6 more target killers in Karachi
KARACHI: The CID police have managed to arrest six more alleged target killers, belonging to the banned outfits, political, and religious parties, from different areas of Karachi on Thursday, SAMAA reports.
A CID police team raided on hideout of two dangerous target killers, Asif alias Abdullah and Saadat Hussain, in Surjani Town and succeeded to arrest both from there, told SSP Raja Umar Khatab in a press conference on Thursday.
These arrested accused belong to banned outfit Lashkar-e- Jhangvi and they were wanted by the police for involvement in multiple crimes including target killings and armed robberies, added the CID police chief.
Two separate teams of the CID captured three more target killers from two different places of Sangholane area of Lyari. Amongst those arrested criminals were included a gang war’s suspect, Umair, and two activists of a political party, Shehzad Ahmad and Adnan.
Another alleged target killer, Kamran alias Kamoo, was taken into custody with arms from Badia Town area of the metropolis. Nabbed suspect belongs to a political party, told the CID police.
