Karachi: 120 alleged criminals off streets
KARACHI: Law enforcers claimed to have rounded up around 120 criminals during separate targeted raids and operation conducted across the metropolis on Friday.
As per details, Pakistan Rangers Singh detained around seven criminals from Baldia Town Sector 9-E, Nusrat Bhutto Colony, Lasbela, Civil Association Colony, Malir, Ghaziabad, Bhimpura and Dhobi Ghath.
Spokesman of Rangers claimed to have recovered weapons including SMGs and hand grenades from the possession of suspects. Separately, Karachi police captured around 113 criminals during 98 raids and eight encounters across the city. According to spokesman of Sindh police, those detained include three target killers, two terrorists, 13 robbers, 16 absconders were arrested, along with 25 for possessing illegal weapons and 11 for drugs. Weapons, hand grenades and drugs were also recovered from their possession.
