40 illegal immigrants held in Karachi
KARACHI: Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) apprehended 40 illegal immigrants on Wednesday, including 29 Afghan nationals, from the Nalient check–post near Gwadar city coastal highway. The immigrants were caught during snap checking on account of illegal border crossing said a statement. The individuals were proceeding to Iran through unauthorized crossings and routes without a passport and other valid documents.
After initial investigation the individuals were handed over to the Federal Investigation Agency.
