Rawalpindi: 10 lawbreakers rounded up
RAWALPINDI: The police in its continued drive against the anti–social elements have arrested 10 lawbreakers, besides recovering 510 grammes of charas, 20 litres of wine, two pistols of 30 bore with five rounds, 10 rounds of 44 bore, and firework items from the possession of the arrested accused.
According to the Rawalpindi police spokesperson, the Race Course police netted a man for having 510 grammes of charas. The Cantt police nabbed another accused for possessing 20 litres of wine. The Waris Khan police held a man and recovered a 30 bore pistol with three rounds. The Morgah police also recovered a 30–bore pistol and two rounds from another accused. The Pir Wadhai police held a man on a recovery of 10 rounds of 44 bore. Meanwhile, the Waris Khan police sent behind the bars three men accused and recovered firework items from them. A kite seller was also booked as the police seized kites and string rolls from him.
