Lahore: CIA arrests 4 key lynching accused
LAHORE: The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) on Tuesday arrested four key accused involved in Youhanabad lynching.
According to CIA wing of Lahore Police, four accused involved in the violent protests were identified through Tv footages, traced through NADRA record and taken into custody. The detainees were identified as Aslam, Ilyas, Irfan and Waris and they would be produced in anti–terrorism court on Wednesday (tomorrow).
It is worth to mention that more than 110 suspects have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the violent protests that followed twin suicide blasts outside two churches in the Youhanabad, on March 15. Two youth including Hafiz Muhammad Naeem and Nauman Babar were brutally tortured and later set on fire by the violent protestors.
