Afghan national held in Faisalabad
FAISALABAD: The CIA arrested an Afghan national from Chak 189, Rasoolpur. According to the CIA, Sikandar Khan had been living there for the last many years after obtaining a fake CNIC from the Nadra.
During the preliminary investigation, the accused Sikandar said that he allegedly paid Rs35,000 to Khurrianwala Union Council No–2 Secretary Muhammad Imran and obtained a fake birth certificate, mentioning his name as Muhammad Shoaib and the names of his father and mother as Muhammad Arif and Siddiqa Bibi. Later, on the basis of the fake birth certificate, he managed to secure a CNIC from the Nadra.
