Karachi: 2 arrested over attack on Ismailis
KARACHI: Following the attack on a bus carrying Ismailis the security agencies arrested two persons from a house located closed to the site of the incident.
They were caught on suspicion of their possible link with the brutal attack, the local media quoting officials reported on Wednesday.
According to reports, the suspects were residing in a house closed to the site of the attack, who turned out to be non-residents of Sindh when questioned by the personnel. The suspects when questioned told that they were present at the house when the attack took place. The intelligence officials sifted them to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.
Reports said that the attack is being seen as part of a series of incidents which took place across the city in the recent past. Various teams are probing the Karachi bus massacre. Officials said that Wednesday’s attack has similarities with the bomb attack which targeted the Bohri community in Aram Bagh area some time ago and the recent killing of two DSPs in the city.
