Peshawar: 2 Afghan extortionists arrested
PESHAWAR: The police arrested two Afghan nationals allegedly involved in extortions, police sources said on Monday.
They said that two Afghans Hizbullah and Muhibullah had been making extortion calls to a trader Muhammad Bashir, demanding one million rupees. The police started investigation after the trader lodged a first information report and traced the whereabouts of the accused through their cellphones. The police arrested the accused and shifted them to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
